Inevitably all ITT and business/grant funding applications require you to submit supporting documentation, for smaller organisations this can be a difficult and daunting task if you are not fully conversant with the requirements.
BTC can support you to develop effective Policies to be included in your submissions and help implement the new strategies in your organisation. Most organisations will require the following information as a minimum requirement to enter any “Invitation to Tender” (ITT) process;
- A copy of your Equality and Diversity or “Equal OPPS” Policy
- An Environmental Policy Statement
- Health and Safety Policy
- Statement of Turnover
- Evidence of professional indemnity, employers liability
- Welsh Language Policy (for organisations who wish to conduct business in Wales)
- Previous list of clients and work undertaken, value of contracts and length of delivery
- Your expertise in the required service field including quality marks, IiP, MATRIX, ISO also case studies, service evaluation and customer feed back
